The quote even included the repair options we previously discussed, and a two year warranty.THE WORKMANSHIP - The craftspeople arrived on time and completed the work with skill. They even accommodated a last-minute change order at a reasonable price. The paint matched well with our existing exterior, the seals were tight, and the punch-*** resolved all outstanding items. The workers cleaned up all of the debris and left the area looking better than they found it. I first contacted Atlanta Roofing back in January of this year after some concerns I had about the current condition of my roof. After some severe storms and high winds we'd experience over the holidays and over the past few years, I felt that my roof was no longer in the shape it should be in. I found them after an online search and spoke with Trace.He politely provided me with a brief history of the company and how long he'd been in the business of roof installation and inspection. After our conversation I asked if he could come out and take a look and let me know the results of his preliminary inspection. Him and his wife graciously came out to my home, making sure I would be there so he could explain the inspection to me. After some time on the roof, he came back down and explained that he did discover some damage and plenty of wear and tear on the shingles. I placed a call with my insurance company to file the claim and then waited for the next steps in the process. My insurance company arranged for an independent inspector to come out and verify the damage. Trace kept in touch with me throughout the process, he met the inspector at my location and both inspected the roof to confirm the damage. After this was confirmed, my insurance company sent a check minus my deductible to pay for the replacement.The work they performed is fantastic! The roof looks better than the original when it was new, there's much less noise during a heavy rain and I'm less nervous about strong winds. He'd sent photo updates to me while I was at work throughout the process. Coming home one day, one of my neighbors came over and asked about my roof and if he could get the name and number of the company. More importantly, he told me what I didnt need done, whether I used him or another company. He was great at answering any questions I had and even showed me what was going on with me up on the roof. His honesty was greatly appreciated and is pretty rare nowadays. Peng showed me pictures of how their work would look, which was so helpful to me. I had an added complication of not being local and needing him to work with my tenant's schedule and requests. He and his brother, Donnie, worked through the logistics to make sure the on site trailer was out of the way of the tenant who was having a shower the day prior to work commencing.
