      I have contacted an attorney today because we were sold a truck and paid cash for it on Saturday 2/24. Saturday night the truck would not start. We charged the battery and on Sunday it would not start again. On Monday it would not start and we called Multi Autos requesting our money back. We were told to bring the truck in on Monday and we did and they would not give us our money back at all!! It is now 4 days later and they will not return texts or calls. My attorney is taking over now but BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS USED CAR DEALER!!!!!!

      That is not TRUE AT ALL!!!, The truck drives perfectly fine, Its a 2019 FRONTIER with Low Low miles, We received the call on monday because that was first working day after the truck was sold, she mention that truck wont start and she would like to return it, We requested her to bring us the truck so we can take a look at it and like any dealership we tried to keep the deal together, But she insisted on retunring,. So we called the Husband since the truck was for him he was actual buyer, First he said, no the truck is fine and he loves it but wife insisting to return it, then we asked if they had any issues, he said yes the truck dint start the next day so he had to use jump box to start the vehicle but since then the truck is fine, he mentioned he had to but the jumper cables so we asked for the receipt & offered to reimburse that amount as a courtesy, they dint had any receipt, then he mentioned he put a new battery on the truck , we asked him to send us receipt but again he dint had any receipt, we asked him very politely if there is anything we can do to keep this deal together, he said oh actually after we left your place we found another truck with better deal so now we dont need this truck thats why we will not keep it,. 

      We said thats fine and bring the truck and the check will be mailed out to you,. 

      NOT A SINGLE TIME WE MISSED HER CALL OR TEXT, WITH IN 3 DAYS THE ***** TRACKING NUMBER WAS PROVIDED TO HER.

      OUR MANAGER ***** WAS IN TOUCH THE WHOLE TIME ON EVERY SINGLE STEP,. 

      USUALLY WE DONOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS AT ALL , BUT SHE GAVE US A CARD SAYING ITS DEBIT CARD BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY CREDIT ***** AFTER IT WENT THROUGH SHE SAID OH MY MISTAKE I GAVE YOU WRONG ***** ON MONDAY SHE SAID SHE HAS CHARGED BACK THE ***** AND ALSO MENTIONED SHE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE AND SHE KNEW SHE WAS GIVING US CREDIT *****. 

      We even told her if you had to return the vehicle you should have talked to us before charging back credit card, because it can be an issue for us with credit card company.

      EVEN TODAY VEHICLE IS HERE on 03/01/2024, AND WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO COME AND INSPECT THE **** I GURANTEE IT WILL START WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT NEEDED,.

      This company advertises for pre-owned vehicles being sold at a specific price. However, once you ask the "out the door" price, they have added a couple of thousand dollars to your bill. GA Law requires that Dealer Fees and RPI must be included in the listed sale price. This company (General manager, Melvin) does not comply to the law and refuses to sell his vehicles at the listed price. BEWARE of this company....anyone that has already paid for these fees in the past...start a class action lawsuit against them. You will win!

      Didn't "like" your out of door price? It is ILLEGAL in GA to add these fees, not to mention that you inflated the Tag/Title fee by almost 12X the legal fee. GA requires that this fee equal what you are required to pay the state. The Dealer Service fee cannot be legally added to the list price...it must be included. You are "fraudulently" screwing your customers as well as breaking the law.
