This company has a strange requirement of holding credit card information of custumers and charging it wrongly. This happened to me twice with this company. At first they promised me 50% off my service for first visit, still charged my creit card for full amount. This time they charged my credit card for $112. They claim they came out twice to do service. I donot have any proof they did the service. They said they came in Oct and Nov. I was travelling out of the country and they claim they came twice. There is no sign in my yard that they came. No email sent. No after visit summary left at my door. No text in my phone. They claim their GPS can track that the manager came to the property so thay claim service was performed. I have a strict requirment on my profile to inform me of their arrival and I will approve the time based on my availability. They claim they texted me but I dont have any text from them. I requested them to redo the last visit or at least refund me one visit since I have no way of knowing they came for the service. They claim they had wrong email all this time and were sending to a different email and gave several other excuses to not refund me or redo the service. I donot like anyone showing up on my property without my knowledge. That was a strict notification on my profile at the time of signing up. They claim they texted me of their arrival which I didnot receive. That also amounts to invasion of property if they came without my approval.Business response

We are sorry to hear your frustrations with the service and are upset that this could not be resolved directly. We strive to do everything in our power to operate with transparency and take accountability. With that being said, you elected to sign up with our service and at that time, you provided your credit card information and agreed to store your card on file under our auto-pay program. You also provided your preferred contact number and email address and agreed to receive text notifications and service summary/invoices via email after each treatment.
We fulfilled our commitments and provided treatments all year notifying you via text before each treatment without any request for verbal confirmation from you.
Your request to set your account up so that we must receive verbal confirmation was not communicated to us until after the October and November treatments. On December 5, 2023, you called our office and requested for us to reapply one of the treatments as you were out of the country and could not receive any text messages, so you were unaware service had been provided. You explicitly stated, I honestly dont doubt that you guys came. As we explained on the phone, we cannot just reapply a treatment that has already been applied to your lawn as there is risk of over-application and we are limited, by law, in the amount of products that can be applied on a lawn within a year. We operate with integrity and trust our Service Managers to provide the quality service we are committed to. In addition, we have GPS tracking on all our vehicles and after review, there was no doubt that the service had been rendered as communicated via text. We fulfilled our commitment to you by providing quality treatments in a timely manner while communicating via text, just as we have since the first treatment we provided. We followed the same process in servicing your lawn that we had been following all year without any request from you to change it.
In closing, the agreed-upon method of communication and service that you signed up for did not change. We followed the same process in servicing your lawn as we have been since your first application with us.

I contacted this company ( start of February of 2023) with the intend of having a nice looking lawn (I had some areas that need it help) by the end of the year and now I just wasted half of the year and money on them. My lawn looks even worst than when I hired them and now I need sod installed to repair the damage. For context I receive this email (on 9/1/23 ) after I called them and told them that their service was not making my lawn better: Good afternoon. After inspecting your lawn recently, I regret to inform you that we will need to cancel your account with us due to the fact that your lawn is mostly St. Augustine grass. This type of lawn, when treated over time, will start to decline. Up until now we have helped clean up the weeds, but, if we continue and apply winter pre-emergence to the lawn, it could begin to do damage.
