I placed an order in June. The website said the shipment may take a up to 2 weeks, so I was patient. My credit card was charged for the purchase within a couple of days.It is October and I have not heard anything from them, even after several emails and attempts to find out what happened to my order, there has been o response whatsoever. I would like a refund or a delivery of the product.Initial Complaint

I placed my order on March 16th, 2023. I spent over 100 dollars, including shipping for my order of two ties. I was really excited to receive my order. On their website, they claim that purchases are shipped the same day or next day with a shipping time of 2-3 days in *****************. It has been over a month since I placed my order and my items have not even shipped yet. Their "customer service" has been nonresponsive to any of my emails. I purchased these with more than enough time to receive them before my best friend's wedding. That wedding is now this weekend and my order has still not been shipped. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed, as I have looked forward, for years, to being able to afford one of these ties and now I'm having this unacceptable experience. I wish to have my order expediently shipped to me along with store credit for my inconvenience. I would also like them to discontinue advertising their fast delivery times as they are false.Initial Complaint

Wait for this story!I purchased the Freedom Emirates 2.0 tie on October 30th. I received my shipment and when I looked at the tie, THEIR LOGO WAS BACKWARDS. It looks like I received a prototype tie. Their response was:Hi Zyad,We are sorry for the trouble caused to you.Please note, each tie is hand-assembled so there would be little unevenness.In case if you don't find the product as per your expectations, you can send it back to us and we will issue you a refund. Or you can keep the product and we will provide you a 50% off coupon that you can use on your next purchase with us.Let me know what you think. My issue is, I was charged $50.00 in duties from *** which is non-refundable. So if I return the tie, I will lose money. They offered 50% off my next order, but why would I want to buy another tie after having one that has a backwards logo on it? I have an APP that tells me when people have looked at your e-mail. I sent them two more emails, and I have not received a response yet. Imagine buying a shirt from Armani, and the logo is backwards. If I was the founder, ***********************************, I would not be okay sending a customer a default product. Pretty sad that this is how the company operates.
