I did landscape maintenance for 4 days at a rate of 18 dollars an hour and was unfairly paid $125 with a claim that I only worked 3 days. I was hired Monday and fired Thursday evening! (July 25th-28th) Within this period I completed edging assignments in various residential areas that can all be located and listed by name via any GPS from **************, Marietta, Smyrna, **********, etc.I am owed $774 because the hours were logged daily from 7AM til finish when I arrived at the end of the day at their storage they park at. I also worked passed the hours they claimed Id be off by. (which I never complained to them about due to belief in there promise to pay me by the hour)Monday: 8 Hours (9 + lunch lunch)Tuesday: 12 Hours (13 including lunch)Wednesday: 13 Hours (14 including lunch)Thursday: 10 hours (11 including lunch)43 Hours + $18 = $774 I received $125 the Next Monday after I was forced to send a threat to involve law enforcement, GDOL and/or better business bureau when I wasnt paid on the Friday payroll received there deposits & was told to not contact [****] again. All my calls are being forwarded and I only got a response because of my threat of involving BBB. Evergreen will be Community Landscaping soon so he claims they are selling the company and there is a problem with communication but I was promised a Cash App or Zelle weekly due to there unprofessionalism.Business response

Evergreen Landscaping does not have any record of a ****** ever working for them nor any record of these txt.
I believe they may have ** confused with another company, there are several companies in the **************** with a similar name.
If this is a legitimate complaint please submit employment Verification. All of our employees and **** subcontractors are made to sign a contract wall agreement to work for us.

If I have to report to the storage unit with the authorities or file a civil suit that can be arranged as well as a report with the ******* ********** of ***** I dont have a **** because I was let go within a week and am being scammed out of $ that is rightfully owed to me! There is only one landscape group off of ***************** and **** will be prosecuted if I dont receive payment!
