      Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. They allowed me to drop my car off for a diagnostic on a Friday afternoon, telling me that they would most likely get to it the next day (Saturday) and that the diagnostic takes an hour. What they did NOT tell me was that they don't do diagnostics on Saturdays and are closed on Friday. So, then why was I not informed that so that I could keep my car and bring it back on Monday since they weren't even going to LOOK at it till then? I reached out on Saturday with no answer and then called again and again on Monday and could only reach anyone when I went through parts or scheduling with a representative. My service advisor, ******, was supposed to get in at 9 and call me, but I never heard from her till 10:30, after me again calling several times and no one being able to reach her, even from me calling her direct line. At the time she finally reached out to me, there was STILL no information about my car and she told me "I might be able to give you more information tomorrow (Tuesday)". So now I still have no information and a rental car I am spending almost 400 dollars on that I could have just not even rented till Monday. ******, the service manager, took NO accountability at all and I am still in the dark on what is going on with my car and still paying for a rental car I shouldn't have to be paying for. This business should not even be in practice with how awful they do business. DO NOT go there, they will scam you.

      Do not do business here. 2018 Honda Civic A/C went out. Brought it in to be fixed under an extended warranty from Honda. Called and left messages to check the status of the repair and never was contacted. Called all the numbers on the menu and finally got the parts person who told me she didn't want me calling her all day to get a status of my vehicle. Had to call Corporate Honda **************** for a person and they couldn't get anyone on the phone at AutoNation Honda. Ended up picking the vehicle up after 2 days with no update to take to another Honda ******* center.

      This is the worst place to get your vehicle fixed.i did an oil change for my honda civic si the third week of march. a few weeks later, the engine stopped. i took the car to a different honda dealer shop to get it checked. they told me there is not a drop of oil in the oil tank. i told them i just got an oil change a few weeks ago. they put oil in it and the oil leaked right out because the drain plug is missing, i asked the mechanic if we hit anything. the mechanic said there is no sign of an impact or any damage and the plug came off because the mechanic did not tourque it right. they also observed that the dealer did not even put the certified honda brand oil filter. they used some aftermarket stuff.i took the diagnosis report back to them and asked them if they could rectify the problem. i have to say the service manager is the absolute Jurk. he did not seem to have any respect for people. didn't like his attitude so i went to the general manager. he ended up being even worse.they just refuse to accept responsibility. and i am considering what other venues i can pursue to hold them accountable.

      This location is the worst dealership I have every dealt with. The salesmen, ***** and *****, are top notch. They ensured we had full disclosure and everything was as it should be.The finance manager, Mr. *************************** leaves a lot to be desired. He was all smiles and politeness until we didn't want the extended warranty. ****************** became rude and very short in his answers to our questions. We scheduled doc signing and pickup at 12 noon on a different day. When we arrived, we were made to wait for over two hours to actually sign. When we finally went into ********************** office to sign the documents, he did not speak or get out of his chair to welcome us. He handed my granddaughter a blank form and told her to sign it. I told him we don't sign blank documents. He rudely said, " If its not signed we dont move on. It will be filled in when she finishes signing everything. Its in another system I have to change over to." I let her sign it so we could move on, but I took the form. As this was the first time my granddaughter ever purchased a car, I wanted her to understand the paperwork and the process. I told her to read everything before signing. ************************* said, " You dont have to read it, its standard purchasing documents." I disagreed, reminded him this was the first time she was making the purchase and made her read anyway. When she asked him questions he was very short with his responses, so I had to read and clarify for her. After signing everything on paper, he then said, " We have to sign everything electronically so I can print you a copy." WHAT??? Wasting resources or incompetence? When signing was finally complete, I asked how long ****************** had been a finance manager. He stated, "One year. And there are days I wish I wasn't. This very moment is one of them." Maybe he should go back to what he was doing before finance manager! The paperwork was wrong 3 times ... wrong down payment, wrong tax rate, and wrong VIN. Check your paperwork carefully!!!
