Business ProfileforBrandon Smith’s Appliance Repair

I contacted Brandon ***** to assess a problem I was having with my kitchen oven. He came to my address on 11-06-23, charged me $270 for the visit, which included a service fee and a part he said he had to order. No work was done, other than an examination of the oven. He accepted two checks from me, one for the service fee, and one for the part(an oven switch). Weeks went by, and I contacted him by his cell phone*************), and he kept putting me off. I was in *******, Ga. to meet with him, and he stated he could not meet me. He said he knows he owes me the money, and said he would drive down to pay me, which he never did. He blamed his business partner for me not getting paid back, or having the oven repaired. I contacted the company he subcontracted with, Appliance Repair Sofkee, of Macon, Ga,, and they informed me that ************** owes them $550, and they have reported him through a police report. They encouraged me to do so, as well, adding the ************** is a thief. I would like this all on a record that can easily be assessed by the public, in the event should ************** attempt to do further business in the community.
