  My vehicle had broke down April 26,2024 around 10 pm. I contacted **************************** on ******** April 27,2024 so he could come and diagnosis my 2017 ******* HR-V which was $50 that would be applied to my services. He informed me that the issue was my transmission. We went over pricing and he said it would be $1600. $950 for the transmission and $650 for labor costs, etc. I told him that it was a little step and he said he do accept payment plans. So we agreed right then I could give him $600 to start and day by day I can send more. His tow man proceeded to pick up my vehicle April 28, 2024. Now the 2017 ******* HR-V was a financed vehicle. I was in good standing with the company while **************************** was working on my vehicle. I told him how critical it is for this to be done in a timely manner so either party wouldnt have any issues. Almost every other day I called or text to get an update. He would say things like its looking great , your ride is almost ready to well my son is in the hospital , you need more parts . We also had an arrangement where I was buying a auction car from him for $1600 (2016/2017 RED *** SPORTAGE) with the down payment being $450 which I gave May 19, 2024 at 5:00 pm. After I basically give him $1,500 for the services he starts acting unprofessional and disrespectful. On May 14, 2024 I told him to just have my car towed back to who I got it from and he refused! Again on May 28, 2024 my vehicle is not fixed, he didnt tow it back, and I asked for a complete refund because he told me that job would be two days, 3 at **** Here it is ************************************************************ didnt know what he was doing! The finance company came and picked the vehicle up from his workspace at ********************************. Ok, Next its June 20, 2024 and I still dont have the ***************** I have messages and recorded conversations where he said he would refund me the full amount. Still dont have any payment.
