SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!! I would leave 0 stars if possible. I had to chase them down for any communication. When their team didnt show up on time the first day and there wasnt a dumpster I was calling to coordinate. When a dumpster did show up there was no communication about when the team would arrive. They randomly showed up and one of the guys didnt even bring tools with him!!! He had to borrow our tools. My husband jumped in to help them and was working just as hard and pulling up floors. At one point I went inside and my husband was the ONLY one working and their team was sitting in their car! The team wasnt experienced and didnt know what they were doing. When the team didnt show up at the time they said on the second day, we changed the scope of the project and agreed to pay for the dumpster and for half of the project despite them only doing 1/3 and my husband doing a good portion of that. The lack of communication continued and although we paid for a dumpster and would have coordinated its pickup, since after all we are the ones doing all of the communication, they just randomly showed back up and picked it up with no warning or communication. Less than 24 hours after it was delivered and we were told by ************** ensure me we could keep it to use for our other material. ************ has been unprofessional and is the one that coordinated its pickup after we paid them the FULL amount for it. If you want low quality cheap work, call this company, but honestly SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!! I dont often leave reviews but will leave be leaving reviews across any and all platforms. Terrible service, terrible communication, and a WASTE OF MONEY.
