      I hired this company to replace my hvac back on 8/20/19. I paid them $5000 and since the first week it had problems. To this day it has not worked properly. The company has stretched this problem out for almost 3 years. I've attached pictures of our conversions since august 2019. On July 2021 he told me they installed the wrong size unit and that's why it keeps breaking. He said it would be another $5802.07 to install the correct unit and no refund would be given for the unit they installed incorrectly. When i asked for the receipt of the previous unit he installed he sent me a receipt that didn't even have the correct installation date on it and it doesnt show that the balance was paid. I don't want this to happen to anyone else and i want the company to install the correct unit they should have installed in the first place.

      Customer contacted company for **********************.  We sent a technician to diagnose the customer's HVAC unit.  The technician diagnosis was that the condenser was bad and needed to be replaced.  The customer to have a new condenser installed and there was no issues prior to closing out the job.  However, after a few months the customer contacted the company for a 2nd time stating there was some cooling issues.  The technician returned and saw that the condenser was leaking therefore, he repaired the leak and installed more gas at no charge to the customer.  After a few weeks later the customer contacted the company for a 3rd time and stated that the unit wasn't cooling enough therefore, the technician returned and in his diagnosis the technician found that everything was working properly.  The customer was adamant that there was a problem yet we found no issues with the unit.  We expressed to him that we simply replaced the original unit using the exact information from off the original unit.  Therefore, we aren't responsible for giving the customer a refund nor replacing the unit at no charge.  Our company takes accountability and respect all of our customer's as well as their complaints.
