Brought in my grandfathers $7000.00 Rolex for a simple repair and was told to pick it up in two weeks. Came back two weeks later to no watch and no disclosure of its exact whereabouts. I was given the run around and told to return a week later. Upon return still no watch I then asked for a refund of my deposit and was refused. I asked for my watch to be returned back without the refund and they said their 3rd party repair person was in a car accident and they therefore couldnt retrieve my watch. Here I am three weeks later still without a watch. They told me it should be ready in another week but they keep putting me off an additional week every time I inquire. It was a watch I inherited from my grandfather and was the only part of him I had. If I am never to receive my watch, in fairness I should receive a replacement or $7000.00 for the value of my property, and a refund of my deposit. Its only been 1 year (tomorrow) since my grandfather passed this has caused severe emotional distress.Business response

My granddaughter bought me a charm for my Pandora ******** that said Mom come to find out I had the same one so I took it back on December 31st the guy stated that they do not give refunds I wanted to put back on her card because I didn't really want to spending that much money the charm was $65 he made me pick out a charm which all were over $65 so I found the initial and I bought it she should have received $15 back on her credit card and he told me that he did not do that and he kept her $15. I was really upset because my granddaughter is 21 years old she works hard at ********** and for him to just take her money like that and state no refunds
