I made a online purchase from this business. I was provided with a receipt and a tracking number via **** ******************************. The post office has confirmed that a shipping label was created on May 28, 2022 but that they never received this package. This business insist that they have indeed shipped this item and that my information was incorrect on the label so it was sent back to them. The post office denies this claim. They have no record of this ever occurring and states that my address was indeed correct on the shipping label. I have requested a refund from this business and they are ignoring my request. I requested the refund via email provided on the website *********************************** and via CashApp, which is how I paid. I have communicated with this business via both email and text prior to realizing that this was a scam. The transaction for the amount of $363.80 was completed via CashApp. This businesses CashApp is linked to the phone number **********. The website for this business is www.thepinkvaultllc.com. This business advertises on Instagram as "theofficialblackbarb" and Tiktok as "therealblackbarbie". I have noticed several people complaining about not receiving their packages and she deletes the comments and continue to encourage other consumers to purchase. I originally cancelled this order due to not receiving it in a timely manner and received a refund from Paypal, then weeks later they reached out to me when the merchandise was supposedly available to move forward and that is when we done the CashApp transaction with the understanding that the package would be overnighted to me once I repurchased. I am attaching the exchange of conversations via text and email below. My original order number was #**** in which I was refunded by Paypal. Once I repurchased my new order number is #****, I have NOT been refunded for this order. The text attachments is the first conversation, then the emails occurred after.
