            Easily he worst experience I ever had with any company. Understanding I ordered during your holiday, but ******* was rude and unresponsive. Then I call customer service when the company did open, and the person I had on the phone was completely incompetent. I asked to speak to a manager and I was transfer to ******. She was great. She helped facilitate the order. However when delivered, the 2 guys spoke no English and was in a rush. They did set it up but could not answer any of my questions about the oven. But most importantly, the matching vent hood was not delivered as I was assured it would be. This whole experience was a nightmare. I will never, ever deal with Town Appliance again.
