  Submitted my W2's for the tax year 2021 to Tax Geaks (***************************) on 4/14, and received the first draft on 5/11, ask **** about the numerous invoices I kept receiving (15) which she said it was not due until the final draft. Well, 2 weeks later 5/24 I finally reach out again to Tax Geaks about the returns. She said she was waiting for payment. Now I clearly asked her about payment in our last conversation. She sent version2 and I paid the invoice $475.00. I reviewed the 2021 return and had several questions about how the return was prepared. Asked her if she had time to go over the return with me. and She wrote back and said, "I will call you on Friday when I am back in the office. You can also email your questions. We will send tax returns tomorrow". I waited for the call on Friday 5/27 but never received one. I'm not sure how this company stays in business, very impersonal, and this team only communicates with invoices. Very hard to get in touch with anyone They refuse to explain how they prepared your returns. Here it is a month after payment and Geaks never sent my returns and never called. I think this may have been a scam. At this point, I can't trust what they did nor can I file without verifying the returns were done properly. I just want my money returned and I'll hire another team that is more responsive and professional to complete my returns.

  I hope all is well. We just received a fraudulent complaint from 
  BBB. We prepared 3 years of tax returns and we're only paid for one year. Is this a scam? If you cannot afford to pay for the additional two years -you can communicate this to us and we can work out a payment plan.  There is not need to file a fraudulent complaint. We take this very seriously. We love our clients!!!! Our process is well documented and everything is time stamped. But, you do have a balance owed for two years.   We sent you the additional two tax returns on June 2nd. We can have our attorneys or IT manager  send you this information. Also, we sent a link on 6/2 to schedule a call after our team member came back from vacation (see attached). Please remove this fraudulent complaint and check your emails.  We can set up a payment plan. Thank you, sir.

  I am rejecting this response because: I can't consider even looking at additional years when *************************** of Tax Geaks won't or choose not to explaine nor send the 2021 returnes that were paid for in full.  WHY? Please see the attachments, on 5/24, I had questions of how my taxes were perpared and asked you for time to discuss. It's clear in your email you were going to call me on Friday when you were back in the office . All you and team did was brush me off, very, very poor customer serve. Ghost after being paid.  I am a very patient person, however, you never followed-up nor did you send  the return as requested. Please stop embarrasinng you and you company, You don't have a leg to stand on, just return the $475.00 payment and be done with this matter. Or, please provide copies of delivery receipts, that you sent the returnes that were paid for or email showing the returns were attached.

  This is absolutely fraudulent. This is not ok and fair. We work really hard and we now have to involve our attorneys because this fraudulent. We will let our attorneys resolve and we will like to get paid for the additional two tax returns-$650. Please see the attached documents. We have other documentation.   I am rejecting this response because: I'm really not interested in anything other than a full refund of $475.00, Now if you want to make a payment arrangments to return this payment that was made, Will $50.00 a week. Be to much for you and tax Geaks to afford? Please let me know if you need more time to pay, I'm willing to work with you. Other wise I'll be waiting to hear from your attorney..
