1/25/23 I was approved for vehicle, and I paid $1500 down payment. I was told to come back on 1/28/23 to get the vehicle due to bank processing, on 1/28/23 vehicle not ready due to mechanical issues , my job on the line now. They ask me to give them a chance to make it right give me a loaner vehicle that I have to drive local only. And I explained to them that my job is traveling all over and I need my vehicle asap. They then asked me to come back on 1/31/23. I did car still not ready. 2/1/23 car sound like the motor gone. *** said h*** have a 18 ****** Altima the next day and for me to call him. I called him the next day which is 2/2/23 and he have me blocked, I called private and he answers. I tell him that Im on the way up there to return loaner and I need my money back because I now I feel like its a bad deal. I get there and they tell me its a penalty charge to stop the contract through the bank, so I step outside and call the bank. I spoke with ****** and she assured me there was no charge because the loan ***** finalized yet. When I step back in and relay the message, the owner says the bank dont have nothing to do with Boss Up Automotive in a real rude and nasty way. So I ask about my refund and he ignore me, now I call the police because I see where this is headed, the police get there and they decided to give me $1000 back, and $500 went to the loaner vehicle they let me drive from 1/28/23-2/2/23 because they Kia ***** ready. I lost wages as well, and this has set me back. I really feel like I was mistreated, and taken advantage of. I have uploaded some documents.
