Received a call on 10/24/2022 stating they were calling to update ******** records which is done every 5 years. Asked if I had any back and knee pain. I replied yes sometimes back pain but not any knee pain. I was very skeptical but person was very persistent. She said braces would be shipped to me no charge as ******** covers these braces, as well as the shipping. The items came about November 3. Today I received paperwork from ******************** stating this $3800.00 bill from one stop bracing is not covered by my insurance plan. I phoned the company and only had an answer to leave a message which I did. I explained these items they shipped have not been opened and wanted paperwork to return them. After that I looked up the company and see it is a scam against seniors with a suggestion to notify BBB which I am now doing.Initial Complaint

We got a call using our doctors phone number. My wife answered because the phone said it was our doctor. He said he was in the doctor's ****** and the doctor wanted her to have the brace. I arrived home and knew what it was and told him no and hung up. He called the next day again with the doctor's number. I told him no again and that I had alerted ******** and my insurance that he was a telemarketer and don't accept his bill. He said he was sending the brace and if ******** didn't pay he would *** for $800. The brace arrived and I tried to get a return authorization but so far they have not given it.The company: One Stop Bracing **************************************************** Phone ************
