      Reached out to this company regarding a leak and issue on Monday for emergency service. They said they would not be able to get out until Thursday. I waited all day for them to still not show up again for an emergency issue and they still have not showed up. Terrible service. I absolutely disappointed by this company and extremely hurt and devastated by their deceit.

      They showed up to house nit knowing what there doing on two occasions asked for a warranty return trip follow up the rude lady ****** not listening or even trying to help customers out she just wants her Technican to return again and not address the previous issue been patiently waiting no follow up no return trip still have leaks still missing sink components nothing concrete with this company and rude un professional

      We received two work orders on 1/26/22 after 4pm for residents (*******************) property management company ************************; whom we are contracted through; stating sinks are missing stoppers and there is a leak from something rusted in garage. 

      Dispatcher immediately called resident to schedule and offered appointment for the following day (1/27/22). Resident wanted to make sure we were coming to replace parts in her home. We advised we will have to schedule visit to property first to inspect issues then if more work or parts are needed than what we are prea-pproved on the work order we will have to get approval from her property management company while onsite. 

      She insisted we come with the parts needed because she was told by a representative of her **s dispatching company (SMS) that they were sending vendor back under warranty to replace parts. 

      We explained that we haven't been to her property since 09/2021 and have no history of any parts needing replaced nor any history regarding repairs made related to her two new work orders. 

      After listening to dispatcher try to explain to resident for several minutes that we have to go out first because we can't replace anything without prior approval from her ** and need pictures & details first in order to receive approval, ****** took over the call. 

      ****** tried explaining everything again and resident continued to insist we are coming out as warranty and replacing parts because that's what she was told by her ** and she isn't going to schedule unless we show up ready to make repairs. We apologized she was misinformed by her Property Managements dispatching rep but we can't do anything until we schedule and get approval, as well as inspect to see what parts are needed.

       Resident stated our tech told her they were going to order part last time they were at her house (September 2021) and they would call her when they got it but they never called. We advised it must have been a different vendor who told her that because our techs don't order parts nor schedule with residents and they didn't report anything needing replaced the last time they were out. She stated we are liars and described our techs that visited last as two young causation males and that is what they told her. 

      We apologized again but we had no history of any parts needing ordered and advised again that we can schedule to go back out or we can ask her property management company to send another vendor. She asked for ******** name, which was given to her and asked for the representatives name that told her we were going out as warranty. She says she has their name but never provided it to us.  

      She then proceeded to tell ****** how unprofessional we are and how we came out multiple times but never fix anything and refused to schedule. We let her know we would advise her ** to send another vendor. She said thank you and hung up. 

      We immediately sent communication out to ** for them to send another vendor as she refused to schedule with us. Looking at the only two times we been at this residence in 2021 found that both previous work orders are unrelated to the two new work orders. 

      This whole incident could have been avoided had the ** rep not told resident they were sending vendor out as warranty to replace parts and should have simply advised her a vendor would be reaching out to schedule and go from there. Had this truly been a possibly warranty issue the dispatch company SMS would have sent at least one of the work orders as a recall with $0NTE but feel that if resident was as difficult when talking to them as she was our office they likely told her what they felt she wanted to hear. 

      We did everything we could to attempt to schedule resident to resolve issues of her work order & apologized on other companies behalf for miscommunication but we couldn't lie to appease her to get her to schedule since we didn't have approval from her property management nor details to complete repairs she was demanding be made.
