            *************************** is providing various electrical services to metropolitan Atlanta customers without a ******* Electrical License and using another person's license number to note on permits and invoices.I met **************** December 17th 2021 to obtain a quote to install new electrical service line and equipment as well as rewire my home. The next day he informed me that he had pulled permit but the permit only contained requeste for panel change out even though Dec 21st invoice/quote listed the complete request for panel upgrade and rewiring home. After I showed him another companies quote with included materials ******* started to manipulate the original scope of work and price to the point of only installing the service line and panel. No rewiring. During the installation of the code requirements for gfci/afci breakers, ******* couldn't figure out why only a few breakers were tripping so presented solution to get general breakers for those few circuits and I would trade same number of gfciafci breakers, yes I agreed knowing gfciafci breakers cost 6 times as much but I just wanted job completed. ******* took out all of the gfciafci breakers and replaced with the general breakers which I discovered in sept ****************************************************************** the panel and they asked how did this pass inspection. Even though *************** told me that the install past inspection, an inspection was never ordered nor completed and panel as well as receptacle in unfinished basement below grade in wet area with no gfci outlets was used and inspection would have failed.I contacted *************** to discuss these issues and steps to take to correct. At first he was communicating with me but after I asked questions as to why these issues occured he stopped communicating with me. I asked him why didn't he try to solve the breaker tripping problem and he never answered. I also asked where the remaining service line copper was and why he didn't install
