We had our counter top was installed on Friday, April 7. unfortunately, the installers had the wrong measurements for faucets. When I paid the balance in February, the salesperson instructed me on how the measure the faucet settings over the phone. I am not plumber nor contractor. I am a healthcare professional. I gave measurements based on her instructions. When the installers arrived, we offered to show them the faucets we had and they declined to see the faucets.Now we have faucets that we can not use and to purchase the correct faucets (for both sinks and to match tub) would cost over $300. We originally ordered the remnant countertop in June 2022 then because we had contractor issues our remnant was sold. We have been waiting for months for this remnant to arrive. I requested a new remnant or new faucet to be furnished by APF. I have attached picture of the countertop and faucet. The company declined my requested.
