On Oct 26, 2021, at $3485.00, I contracted with Baily ************************************* LLC (BCL) to fill in with import fill dirt several sinkholes and $275.00 to topped off with 1 quantity of grass seeds in my front and back yard for a total of $3760.00, Estimate # ****. On November 10, 2021, the contract was not properly fulfilled. BCL crew members did not provide me with the full amount of grass seeds purchased and they filled a storm drain in the front yard that they may have to excavate(pic#******). A BCL Rep. came out to my home on Dec. 1, 2021 to inspect this storm drain and few other areas the crew had missed. When I retrieved a shovel at Rep. request, it was apparent from the 3rd scoop and scraping we heard that there was something much closer to surface than the Rep must have expected. Rep. ******** a couple more scoops placing dirt on the outer edge of drain. I asked when his crew would be back out to make corrections and leave remaining portion of the 1 Quality of grass seeds purchased. On January 12, 2022, the crew came back out to my home, filled a large sinkhole using a different type of fill in dirt that contain large rocks(pic), and leaving a pile(pic) of it at my request but no grass seeds. May 10, 2022, a plumber was out to my home for an unrelated issue and I asked their opinion of storm drain area from a brief visual inspection. Staying mutual, they recommend the drain remain clear of dirt and debris in order to serve purpose it was place there for (pic). Living in this home for over the past 20 yrs. I agreement 100% with their observation.As of October 2022 grass is growing over the storm drain area (pic) and no grass is growing where grass seeds were spread on Jan. 12th (pic).
