    I've used this company for years but recently in the last few months weeds have overtaken my yard and I'm not even sure if they come out to do anything outside of sticking a bill in my door.What's odd is that given how bad the yard looks they still put a sign out there letting all the neighbors know who to avoid.

    This customer posted a ****** ****** Review in April 2024. Our response was this:"We truly apologize for any problems you have experienced with our service. You have been a valued customer for a long time. We do offer free service calls in between treatments to deal with persistent weeds. We are also required by law to place a sign in your lawn when we treat. It is noted on your account that we do not call, however, if you would like to contact our office and speak with a Service Manager, we would appreciate the opportunity to provide a satisfactory resolution to these issues."We had no response from the customer at all. There was a balance on his account so we have left messages, sent emails and statements to him. At any time he could have responded back to us and our Service Manager would have been more than happy to work with him to hopefully resolve any issues. Instead, he again posted a 1-Star ****** Review, posted a negative comment on our ******** page as well as filed this negative review with the BBB. I again responded to the ****** Review with the following:"You posted a review back in April and at that time we apologized for any issues you had with our service. We also offered to work with you to resolve any outstanding issues to your satisfaction. As we replied in the previous review, our Service Manger would be more than willing to work with you however we have had no response from you. We appreciate feedback from our customers so we can continue to improve our services. It is not our practice to sneak into customers lawns and place our sign. Again, as stated in our previous reply, we do offer free service calls in between services if you are having issues. If you are not willing to contact us or respond back to us when we reach out to you, there is not much else we can do."I do not understand his unwillingness to work with us and yet he continues to post negative reviews when we have had zero communication from him since early April. I am sure our most recent effort to collect his outstanding balance is what has provoked this most recent review. In an effort to resolve this issue, I have cleared his account of any balance due.
