Terribly poor communication. Everyone wants the sale but how that sale is acted upon before, during, and after reflects greatly on any organization. When leaders ask for feedback, they need to close the communication loop with clients who provide specific suggestions. Even when leaders are unable to act on a particular suggestion, its important for them to explain why. Otherwise, clients can easily feel as though their concerns havent been heard or that their feedback isnt truly valued. No confirmation prior to a booking. No communication day of booking. Timeline was late by two hours and I had to chase why and no real explanation was given except he is running late. Two individuals had the opportunity to make the client feel better and both dropped the ball with basically that is just the way it is mentality. That thought process had to be taught or validated from above. Cash flow must be great not to want to improve.
