I don't recommend this recovery service!! #1, it was not my truck being recovered, nor was I aware of what this tow truck driver was doing!! My own ignorance since I have NOT dealt with repossession or the understanding of this strange truck blocking my entire driveway. *************************** admitted to me on the phone that the tow truck driver towed this truck the wrong way and was only turning around in the cul de sec to come back and tow correctly! But ALL that doing the course of accusing me of holding he driver hostage!! Well, waking up to a white pickup truck BLOCKING my ENTIRE driveway seems more like I was just stopping this driver from leaving it in front of my townhouse in which I do OWN since she had to point out to me that I don't own the street! The owner only kept stating it was only 47 seconds and she saw the whole thing on dash cam and she was downloading it to listen, however that never downloading during 13 minutes on our phone call as she was not really being understanding to what I thought seeing happening. MY DRIVEWAY WAS BLOCKED BY A RANDOM TOW TRUCK DRIVER WITH A ********* PICK UP TRUCK!!! I have to be able to get out my driveway and even though I don't own the street I OWN 861!! Sick and tired of business owners thinking they can be rude to NON CUSTOMERS!! I didn't hire you, nor did I have anything to do with the placement of the white truck or my any of these vehicles MINE!! I never wanted anything BUT an understanding of what was happening in front of my townhouse!!
