      We purchased a camper from this facility. They hooked it up to my **** expedition and installed equipment. When we drove home my husband could feel that it was too heavy for our vehicle. It was scary to drive home. We felt unsafe. We called **** and they looked up our VIN number and said my towing capacity was ****lbs. The camper dry weight was ****lbs. I called them back to see what our options were and she told me to that it should be fine because her expedition could pull more weight and she assumed I had a heavy duty towing package on my vehicle (which I did not). She refused to take the camper back. And told me to buy a new vehicle. I was told by another dealer that we need to file a lawsuit because it is illegal to do this. We ended up having to purchases a new vehicle to pull this camper. We also contacted them several times to get our deposit refunded and they told me it had been mailed but they lied due to the fact the date the check was written was after the date I had called. They also did not process our tag until I inquired at the tag office any was told they never filed. Their response was the person who does this is out of the office.

The employees allegedly involved in this transaction are not employed with MXF. The business of H&W Auto and Services LLC d/b/a ************ Sales & Services is no longer in business. MXF is not a member of nor does it elect to be a member of the BBB.

      I put down a $1000 deposit contingent upon finance approval on an rv with $4k down. ******** in finance could not get me financed and is keeping my deposit. The deposit agreement states non refundable after 72 hours of approval ; I asked for it back within the first week and was assured that I would get it back if I couldnt accept terms originally agreed upon or no finance, both of these occurred , and I did not get approved bottom line . I even was pre approved and she lied on my credit application causing me to lose my approval. When I asked for buyers order for Good **** I forwarded her the email and she tried to take deal from Good **** by going through the place they got me approved through which she got from the email telling me what they needed, which is unethical and part of the reason I was denied

      Attached documents show conclusively that customer was in fact approved for credit with all steps met notification from lender. Additionally, ************ did a complete PDI on this unit (2 Days shop labor) filled with LP gas, installed new battery, washed and cleaned, put on delivery pad for a agreed upon delivery date and time of 08/15/2023 at 11:00am. Customer never showed up to take delivery of their unit. The F&I documents, deal documents from lender and ************ were prepared and ready for delivery. Customer never showed up for delivery, did not call or email to give reason. Would not take calls or text from us. We received a call approximately 10 days later to say she wanted her deposit refunded and she did not want the *** Our deposit policy clearly states that a refund will not be refunded after 72 hours if customer has been approved for credit. This was done, expense in excess of the deposit was done to the unit, preparation to the unit, and administration cost of preparing all documents. The credit card company denied their dispute of charge on the card. We are not returning this deposit. If customer had communicated with us prior to delivery date that they did not want the transaction there would have been consideration for a refund. Based on these facts and that simply the customer lead us on to go through the entire process and then "Ghost" us with no communication after the fact warrants additional reason for "NO REFUND"
