    After the purchase of a **** ** around 3 months ago. As of the next day or so after purchase the engine light came on. I immediately reached out to the company H& M notifying them of the issue. The seller advised me to bring the vehicle back for diagnosis. Once the vehicle was checked the seller had the light turned off by their mechanic. A couple days later the light returned with additional oxygen light. I notified the seller immediately. I was advised to bring it back. This time I was given a loaner vehicle. They kept the vehicle for a few days. I was notified to come pick up the vehicle. Once I arrived the vehicle would not start the seller after an hour got the vehicle to start. The seller himself along with his wife said if it doesn't start again bring it back. I tried to just give it back so I called the finance co ******** of my issue. The manager informed me that it would ruin my credit so I felt stuck. 2 weeks or so went by the oxygen light returned along with the off-side and the tire pressure light. I notified the seller again. I took the vehicle back again the seller advised that the lights were sensor lights and the vehicle was fine. The lights has never went off as of today. On ******* ** 2023 the vehicle completely not repairable. I notified the seller again she advised that her mechanic could pick the vehicle up either the ** ** *** ***** ** **** I notified her that noone had yet picked the vehicle up as of yet. The seller advised it would take 2-3 weeks before their mechanic could pick the vehicle up and fix the problem. She then asked me to get a diagnosis. I notified Young Automotives to diagnosis the problem. The mechanic advised that the transmission was not repairable. I notified the seller of the diagnosis. She advised me that it was an "as is" sell. I asked her if that were so then why initially say it would take 2-3 weeks for her mechanic to fix the transmission. She then hung up the phone.
