I have never experienced unprofessional in a company at this level, especially when you have some investment related to me owning a house in the community they manage. Well, first off, they had me come to the office across town to handle some busy, but they were not there, which they were not there. I had to call several times and leave a voicemail so that someone could return my phone call. Finally, after all this, they called me days later and said oh, you wouldn't be able to rent out the clubhouse. So finally, I spoke with ************************* and asked if she could provide me with something in writing to the why I could not use the clubhouse; ************************* was rude for no reason because I didn't give off an attitude by asking to see something in writing; she sent me an email with her saying I could not use the clubhouse. Then went on to say, well, you can't see it. No explanation or anything. Just rude and unprofessional. This management company should be disassociated from managing homes or any other company. No one likes to be treated as if they don't matter, especially when this is one of your lifetime investments, homes, and community. It is unfair because no one has a say on who should run their community because, from the sound of it, they are not the ones who should be managing communities. I really want them to have a negative star but I will give them a 1
