I visited Caliber on March 21st, 2024 to get a car wash not thinking that I would have so much difficulty during the wash and after. While driving towards the tunnel I was instructed as always to make sure that vehicle was in line on the tracks prior to moving forward through the tunnel and placing my vehicle in neutral. Of course, all instructions were followed and within the first couple of minutes there werent any problems until the vehicle in front of me abruptly stopped, placed her car in park causing the vehicle behind me to HIT my BACK BUMPER that was perfectly fine until this day. I am in the middle of two cars and did not have any place to go but to wait until the vehicle in front of me was able to move forward to determine what caused her vehicle to get off track and stop. There were several employees and workers that were present and witnessed everything, and saw the damage to my car after this incident happened. Upon leaving the tunnel I parked on the side inspected my vehicle and noticed a HUGE CRACK on my back bumper, and employee took pictures gathered all of my information and stated that I should hear back from someone within a few days. Two weeks have gone by and I have not heard from anyone, so I stopped by the caliber spoke to the manager and he stated that claims are reviewed as they come in and I should hear something back from human resources but he was not able to give me a date, another week goes by and I stopped by the dealership again and after speaking with the manager, it has come to my attention that my claim was not even filled because the employee that day who took all of my information no longer works there any longer ( how convientent) so now I have no claim and the manager was advised to submit the claim again on April 15, 2024. So pictures were taken again and I confirmed that the claim was submitted and on April 18th I received an email from the assistant manager stating that my claim cannot be accepted. I responded to the email and have not heard anything and it is April 24th. Now I will be contacting a lawyer and possibly have to go to small claims court because caliber is not adhering to there responsibilities due to the lack of concern and empathy this company represents making the accident appear like it was my fault. Unacceptable !!! This is how this company treats consumers that have memberships for two vehicles!!! Looks like you have lost a member, but whos to say that you care.
