My tires and rims were bought from Salgado #6 maybe 2 years ago and I recently started noticing loud tire noises. I went to a tire shop near me and was told my tires were cupping (uneven wear on the tires) and I needed all new tires. I called Saldago Tires today, November 1, 2022, and asked if I had a warranty. The person that answered the line disregarded my question and asked me what was wrong with the tires. I told him I went to Discount Tire and was advised my tires were cupping. The gentleman didnt know what cupping meant even though he is supposed to be a tire expert so I explained that its when your tires wear unevenly. I told me to come in so he could look at the tires but I told him I dont want to drive all the way out there and I wanted to know if I have a warranty. He told me to send him pictures of what the tires looked like. I sent him pictures via text and he stated the issue is due to the buyer, me, not having my tires rotated and balanced and the issue is not covered by a warranty, sorry. If you look up cupping tires this issue does stem from skipping rotations but it can stem from having cheap/fake tires. My truck is aligned according to ALL of my oil change/inspections from the Jeep dealerships.
