Terrible customer service! I came to get an alignment done. Prior to arriving at the establishment, I went to the tire shop. The tire shop told me to come to Rolling Wheels for alignment. When I arrived, they refused to do my alignment and claimed that I had to change my front tires. I already changed one of the front tires a month ago and knew it didnt need to be changed and I told them that, but they insisted. I went back to the tire shop and had my front tires changed. Came back to Rolling Wheels and waited 20 minutes. My car was worked on for less than 5 minutes and they brought it out. I questioned them that how can my car be ready so quickly and I was told that it doesnt take long. I asked why did I wait 20 minutes then, and was told because there was 4 cars before mine. I left and drove half a block when I realized that my steering wheel is NOT STRAIGHT. Then, the vehicle stability light came on. I was so upset and drove back to the shop to tell them and they told me that I have to wait and they will fix it. They were even laughing at the fact that I was upset.What if I had an accident? What would I tell the officer? That I came to get alignment done and they got it wrong. This company is NOT safety conscious!
