I ordered an item on March 15th 2023 from Megsorganx which was supposed to arrive shortly after roughly a week. April 3rd 2023 no package no response from Merchant after reaching out. She mentioned that items would be sent out April 5th. April 5th no package. I emailed again and made a claim using chase on April 11th, then reached out to the merchant explaining because of the lack of professionalism I no longer wanted the item as it has been over a month. Today May 25th 2023 Megsorganx has send false documents to chase stated I used a payment method ********** which as you can see from my chase statements I used my personal bank card with no indication of using said third party payment. I am filing a claim to notify you of this merchant and their business and would like my money back.Initial Complaint

This complaint was written by my daughter who is a minor and placed the order herself. Her name is **********************************************.On Tuesday August 24, 2021 at 9:48pm, I bought a product off of the MegsOrganx website by owner *********************** (https://www.instagram.com/megsorganx/) and never received my items! The items were a total of $40.50.I emailed a follow-up email to MegsOrganx ***************************************** on Saturday Sept 25 at 2:30pm asking where my order was. My mother also called on my behalf in October 2021 *************) and spoke to the owner Jayla who ensured my order would be delivered . The item never arrived. My order number is: XE9LT On Thursday, Oct 7, 2021, 5:46p, I received a questionable email from MegsOrganx saying my order shipped however even until this day when I input the tracking number they gave me into the **** tracker website it says label created not yet in system.Attached is one document containing the 3 items below:1. **** website that says label not in system, showing items not shipped/delivered 2. Emailed order confirmation with order number 3. Order shipped email with non-working **** label tracking number.I ordered these three products: Glow Getter, Toner, That Glow Though Bar
