  I'll schedule an appointment three months out for my truck to get painted all over with the cost of $7000. I dropped it off August *** 2021. They kept my truck for 4 weeks and did not touch one thing. I got a call randomly out of the blue that they can't paint my truck because they have too many insurance jobs that they have to do. They scheduled me months ahead of time, and then let my truck sit there for 4 weeks. I had to end up borrowing someone's car to go back-and-forth to work after my rental car was up. I ended up picking my truck up with a dead battery (yet again) after they let it sit for 4 weeks. I heard good things about B&H Body Shop, but obviously was very wrong.. it was very unprofessional the way I was treated. I am very disappointed. Now I'm having to find someone else to paint my truck. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone...

  Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/08/30) */ This is in response to the complaint by Mr. ******* I apologize for the delay in the response as Covid went thru our shop and I ************************ The events leading to this complaint are accurate. I however do want to say in the 22 years of working for this company that these are events that do not take place. We have been blessed up to this point that the sickness not hit our shop. With all the back order of parts and people have to quarantine from being around other exposed people it has pushed our schedules passed what we have ever encountered. We did not like having to call Mr.******* and ask him to pick up his vehicle. However, on a business stand point and having covid hit one of our painters and the work begin to back up worse, we made a decision to have your vehicle picked up as we have no idea what would take place for our business. Our painter is still out and after myself ********************* over a week. We sincerely apologize for the hardship it had on you. This truly was never our intentions. We have chosen to put all the all overs on hold at this time.
