      My son and his father dropped the vehicle off in Nov. 2021. I was told I had to pay $500 for them to start with repairs which I did. They then advised there was a delay in getting the parts. I followed several times on the status. I received a text on March *** 2022 asking if my husband could get a wiring harness for the transmission as they were having issues getting the part. The car sat for several months waiting for the part to come in. I called and text several times. I was not in a hurry as my son was away in the **** so I didn't need the car right away but as time went on I was ready to get the car back. The owner text me on ****/2022 and apologized for his lack of communication. I continued to follow up. I finally get a response on ****/23 advising I can pick up the car on ****/23. The car was not ready until *****/23. The owner called and informed me that I had a $550 balance and they didn't take checks or credit cards anymore. They claim they put a new throttle body on the car. We went to pick up the car. I paid the money and we drove the car. The car stalled halfway up the street on the way home. There was no transmission fluid in the car. We bought 3 bottles of transmission fluid and still had to coast the vehicle home. The vehicle was not repaired and still has the same problem it had when it was first dropped off to them.Im very dissatisfied and disappointed!!

      I dropped my car off at this shop and they have had it over a month and it's still not done and now they have run into more problems and they should of knew all the problems when they took it apart first the said it was 1500 paid all of that but 300 now they have more problems and it went up 700 more and now they r saying something else and when I called to talk to the woman at the front trying to find out what problem they ran in to she told me ** **** *** *** *** hung up one me I called her back she said they was closed and she would find out Monday

      The consumer paid the business to complete $1,000 repairs on his vehicle. The stated that the parts would be $900 and the labor would be $400.00. The consumer had found the parts for cheaper than the business had for $500 rather than $900 and the business got upset with the consumer and used some explicit language. The business stated to the consumer that they would not put the parts back together where he had started breaking it down and that he was not returning any money and he would leave the parts on the seat.
