Premier Imports, This letter comes in the form of a complaint against Premier Imports Inc. Chad K******** is the owner of this establishment. It was approximately a year ago I brought my ***** ***** to this organization for repairs. Mr. K******** repaired my vehicle and gave me a twelve-month warranty with unlimited mileage. It was eight months into the warranty and my vehicle broke down in ********, ** and I had to pay to have vehicle towed back to his shop in *****, **. Once the vehicle was back in *****, he stated that engine was unrepairable and forced me to purchase a new engine instead of standing behind his warranty of twelve months. The engine was ordered, and I never seen new engine and whether a new engine was ever received. I began to call and text and inquire about when engine would be placed in vehicle. Mr. K******* avoided my calls for weeks and weeks. On November **, 2022, I received a call that vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrived at establishment and inquired about where my vehicle was located. My vehicle was in the back, and I crank vehicle up and discovered that vehicle was not running properly. The engine was rough idling, battery not secured and motor mount not securing engine moving every time the gas was pressed during test drive. I returned the vehicle and tried to speak to Shop Manager Kelvin B****** who was a ********* ***** ** *********** ****** *** **** * *** * ********* ******* I attempted to speak to Mr. B****** about problems with my vehicle and he stated that he did not have time to hear what I was saying he had other things to do. This is one of the main reasons I feel this establishment is so corrupt. Mr. K******* the owner spoke to me and stated he would look over and repair vehicle over the weekend. I received a call leaving voice mail from Chad K******** stating that my vehicle had been stolen from his business. I attempted to contact him by text and phone calls and Mr. K******* has avoided my calls and text since this date. I have requested pertinent information for his insurance company to file claim but to no avail have I received anything. It appears that Mr. K******* is the least bit concerned about resolving this issue that happened on his property. This is the worst customer service that I have ever received in my entire life. I am unable to proceed with anything dealing with my stolen vehicle or whether they stole it for their on benefit. I feel that if you want your vehicle repaired incorrectly or even stolen through negligence take it to Premier Imports.
