      I bought products from Camille rose on ****** **** 2024, a total of $46.87 was spent. They have a policy if an item takes more than 7 days to ship they'll provide a full refund. It has been nine days and I have contacted them 4 times, and have gotten no response.

      I ordered from Camille Rose and i do love their products. However, a few weeks ago, I ordered some products, one being the Hair Growth bundle. I was very excited to use it, However, when my package came, I noticed the box seemed a bit smaller and lighter than expected. When I opened the package, I should have had 5 items and only received two items. The bundle I ordered wasn't in the package. This is NOT the first time I ordered from the website and items were missing. I have emailed customer service MULTIPLE times and I still have NOT received an answer and my patience is beginning to run thin. I am hurt as I am a loyal customer to this site and I still have not received my products that I have paid for nor have I received a reply. I would like the items I paid for and it's a shame I have to report it to BBB, but I feel I am left with no other options.

      On November **** I placed an order for 14 bottles or Camille Rose Hair products. I received 11 bottles and some the bottles looked used. One of the bottles had a foul odor, I have not even bothered to check the remaining bottles. I reached out to them and all I have received in return is an automated reply. This company is attempting to rip me off, and I do not appreciate it being that I have been a loyal customer. Shipping used bottles, and old bottles of product simply will not suffice. Charging me for bottles I never received is absolutely absurd. This business is a SCAM!!! I do not have documentation, other than my email that I sent. I do however have a video of me opening the box and finding out there were missing items.

      I am rejecting this response because it took me to go through BBB in order to get a response from someone.  The shipment was delayed, it did not arrive in a time that it said it would arrive.  When it did arrive and I went to open one of the products, it looked used, the seal was broken!  I no longer trust the company to follow through on their word.  I do not trust they will send the missing bottles, because they failed to send them the first time; but sent me packing slip as if they sent a complete order.  What a SCAM! Refund please, you can email me a label, and I will gladly send you back your products. 

       

      It is taking everything in me, not to post this all-over social media.  I have a following on Y******* ******* * ********* please refund my money.  I am trying to give you all a chance, before I began showing them what you sent and did not send me.  I have already filed a complaint with consumer protection with the district attorney.  I will file complaints with every government agency I can find to raise awareness that your company is cheating its customers.  I do not like being ripped off or cheated out of my money.  Your CEO is making millions, how dare she steal from me. Refund is the only acceptable resolution, send me a return label, you can have your incomplete shipment back!

      I ordered three of their bundle boxes on *****/2023 & when my box that says it contains three bundle boxes came *****/2023 I found it strange that the box was light. When I opened the box which was supposed to be Christmas gift for my girls. There was only one bundle box inside the box. The receipt in the box said it was suppose to contain 3 boxes. I emailed customer support and there is a robot automated email response that doesn’t answer my issue. I called their phone number which has been disconnected. I reached out to ALL their platforms via messages and it’s a robot response. They out here robbing peoples money. They should be shut down if they can’t fulfill the orders or have someone to make things right. I lost $80 of my children’s gift money ordering from them direct. This is very disappointing that now I have to wait till next payday and tell them we will not be supporting their brand anymore.

      Their phone number listed is still disconnected. They need to work on their customer service skills so no one else goes through what I went through. The fact that I had to go through BBB to get my products instead of them is sad.

      BEWARE! this company has the worst customer service, they have a disconnected phone number and do not respond to emails. I am still waiting for my order, i have emailed, *** *** message, etc only for them to like my comment and say they will email me about my order, but still no response. its really sad, after people spend money ordering and supporting this black owned business, only for them to ignore their customers and treat them like dirt. this is literally the 2nd time i have reported them to the bbb. i havent ordered from the company's site in years, i wanted to give them a 2nd chance, but its the same old disrespect.       I ordered from this company, and received an incorrect order. I have contacted them 4 times (3 times by email and once by social media) to get the correct items, and have received no response. I’m frustrated because this isn’t the first time it has happened. The last time I gave up and just stopped contacting them. I would like someone to respond to me and rectify the issue.

      *Amendment of email sent directly to company* This is my FIFTH point of contact with this company regarding my order #******. I reached out by email 4 times and on the verified social media page once to no avail. All I want is the product I paid for. I was sent the incorrect item, promptly notified them immediately after unboxing, got a reply the next day stating that the proper item was shipped on ***** It’s now **** and I’ve now gotten a reply to my email question why my product hasn’t actually been shipped (only a label printed) and was told that the product is now out of stock although I was deceivingly told that my product was allocated and shipped as a result of an error their end as a business. This is the second time I’ve gotten the wrong item and I shop with this company frequently. This is unacceptable and I don’t appreciate being led on. Way to ruin my experience as a consumer. I just want my missing item so I can gift my loved one their set WELL after their birthday, thanks to this fiasco.
