I came in on *****24 and to big peach and paid $40 for my service and they half cleaned and I asked the detailer to refund me my money since they didn’t do the service correctly. They didn’t not vacuum my truck …. They only wanted to pay me for the vacuum as a refund. But I paid $40 for a cleaning wipe down and vacuum. They poorly did the job … i took pictures of the poor job..Initial Complaint

I am sending this to the car wash about the way my car is cleaned which is not good the windows never is clean and even though i tell you all and you all go over them they are still the same you can not see it until the sun hit the glass then you see everything and the Rams are not clean that is the reason i did not renew my contract i 69 dollars for the highest one for my car to be done rightInitial Complaint

I went to Fountain Express in approximately April 2020 to cancel my monthly membership and was told it would be terminated. In September of 2021 I realized that I was still being charged $20 per month for that whole time. It had not been canceled. I went back to the car wash on September the 18th 2021 to complain that I had canceled my membership and let them know that I was still being charged each month for the past 17 months. I told them to cancel it immediately and asked for something in writing that showed it was canceled. The attendant said he couldn't give me anything in writing, but went on the computer and said he canceled it. I have a screenshot of the computer screen if needed. He assured me that no more charges would happen. I have been charged $20 per month for September, October, and November. They are still taking my money. I am seeking help to get these payments back.Business response

Yes, an employee can in fact give you a print out showing a plan is terminated/discontiued. We have thousands of members on these plans and sign up is easy as well as stopping the plan. We have failed on this part. I just tried contacting the customer on the phone and look forward to speaking with her soon to resolve this issue that should have been handled for her long ago.
