On Oct *** 2021 I received a phone call from **** **** late at night. The delivery guy was asking about which apt they should deliver my subway order to. I had NOT placed an order. I asked what address they were trying to deliver to and it is an address in ****** *** I live in ********* *** I immediately checked my email and saw 3 separate subway orders that were placed through the subway app. They are FRAUDULENT CHARGES. I immediately changed my app password. Removed my ****** from my account. I filed a claim with ******* That was denied and for me to contact subway. I contacted Subway customer service and received a response from Heather ***** providing me with the contact information for the DM April ********* and she assured she would be able to get me my refund. I received no response from April. I attempted to contact Heather again, no response. I attempted to contact subway via ******** They requested I send them a private message with all the details, and I never received a response from them. It has been two weeks of trying to get a refund. At this point I would like a refund, plus a gift card in return. Originally I only asked for a refund. But this has taken two weeks of my time, and is frankly unacceptable.Business response
