I received my Dentures on Nov 8th. This was the worst fit ever. I could never get back in for an adjustment on Nov 18th and Nov 30th, they would give me 2-3 weeks appointment. Even after telling the severity of the pain. Your policy is 100% satisfaction or your money back is a liar. The reception could only say "I am sorry." I called back on 12/7/22, back-to-back until I got someone on the phone. The was the 3rd time that I asked to speak to the office manager. After waiting about 10 mins, She never came to the telephone; I then requested a refund. They false advertise about satisfaction of the customer. The receptionist, never said anything I explained to her how dissatisfied, at 100% and would like a refund. on 12/8/22. they then email me a follow up for adjustment. I refuse to go back and I told them that because of their rudeness and unprofessionalism. They are so nice at the beginning, until they get you money.Aspen Dental Response

If I could give a .5 rating I would. Their billing department is untrained and unprofessional, They lied about contacting our insurance company, saying that their claim for proposed services were denied. They then asked for payment in full before any services would be performed. I found that odd, so I called our insurance company and was informed that no claim for my son was ever submitted. Run from this place, I suspect they are scamming people by recommending procedures that are not required and then getting patients to pay in full before services are rendered so there won't be any trail for an insurance fraud investigation. This place is a rip off don't waste your time or your money ,because all they want is your money ,I had to get dentures I went in with teeth they pulled them so I had to get immediate dentures and I paid for their comfilyte dentures for implants.I got it done on ********* **** it is now **** * and the dentures are still not right ,so I asked for a refund they said that I will have to give back both sets in order to get a refund ,what so I'm going to be with out teeth I said,so I said that I'm keeping th immediate ones because I need teeth so they said because it's a deal or whatever if I just give them them the comfilyte back I will not get what I paid for them only a couple of hundred dollars like 2 something really, my insurance paid and I paid the balance, then when I asked Heather for the corporate number she said they don't have one really.so now I have been in my immediate's for almost a year and have to find someone to make me a permanent set. Aspen dental has the worst processes for filing insurance claims. Most doctors/dentist have filed your insurance claims before you even pay for the service. Well not Aspen. It has been 7 months and I have yet to have my secondary insurance claim filed but they tell me that they have filed the claim. They will not answer the phone, return calls, etc. I am not at all pleased with the service I have received at all and would advice anyone that needs dental work to not go to this establishment especially if you have a secondary insurance. I have been trying to get a refund back from this office for a Oct **** visit that I paid myself for over *** dollars even though I'm have insurance. When I went for a cleaning in January.I was told I had credit of ***. When I requested the credit back the office said it was still waiting on an outstanding balance from Oct visit.. Contacted my insurance and they said they needed X-Ray to see if procedure was needed and requested they be sent in November. Contacted patient satisfaction and got an ticket number that should be updated. Each time I speak with someone there's a different excuse or new date before I can get my refund. If I owed this office money since Oct I would be charged late fee and my account would be sent to collections. Today date now is possibly 60 more days or by june before I get my money back.. That is eight months and unacceptable unless I'm getting interest on my money. I will
never use aspen dental again and will let everyone I know not to use them either.Aspen Dental Response

I have not received any respond back from aspen dental office as of ** ***** ****. On **** of ***** I contacted my dental insurance office and they said they haven't received anything either. My insurance company called aspen dental office and spoke with someone there who said that they would send payment resubmitted paperwork today. This was supposed to have been done once before in ******** and the lasted date was ***** **. Each time I call I get a different excuse. I have a ticket number ******* and each time I call they say another department needs something else to review and it will be two more months. I think waiting six months
is long enough.
