    I ordered a 2022 ***************************************** version, the Top of the line when I ordered. I ordered this vehicle on ****** and was informed that I would receive it in 6-8 weeks. It has been 12 weeks and it has not been delivered. Now I am receiving information that I will not receive the vehicle until 9/*******That is 7 months and one (1) day from the day I ordered it and was told 6-8 weeks. I ordered the vehicle and was informed I when I would have it and I went out and purchased a new Rear Fender for the vehicle at the price of $864.99 + taxes, totaling $889.00. Then I went out and purchased an iphone 13 to be compatible to the car for ********** at the tune of another $900.00. I was informed that the car was being delivered in two weeks on ******** I receive a text message from the salesperson Shawn that the ship date was ****** (so roughly two weeks Shawn said). I waited and checked the website to confirm the delivery date and the website on ******* and the delivery date had been pushed back to *************** I called Shawn and he said he would speak to his GM and get back to me. Shawn got back to me on ******* and said it should be delivered ********* I asked him why did it get pushed back again and he said he was not sure. Then the time frame went to being delivered on ************ I talked to Shawn and he said he did not know what was going on. I checked today ******* and now itis ***** ******* I called Shawn and he gave me the same answer, "I do not know." I emailed ******* and received a reply back with a phone #. I spoke with Graham and he said the dealer should have never told me 6-8 weeks, it is 12-15 weeks. Gave Graham my order #XXXXXXX and he said he would get back to me. It should not take a company 7 months to deliver a product. By the time I receive it, it will be a year old. "HOW DOES ******* STAY IN BUSINESS" If I would have been informed this I would have went somewhere else. They need to be held ACCOUNTABLE!

    Dropped of a ******* ****** 150 off on may the 3rd 2024 needing it looked over making a noise in rearend and needed a battery it was still under ******* warranty I also purchased a extended warranty and a lifetime battery warranty from them after a week I called and they stated it needed a wheel bearing on passenger rear side and a battery they claimed on it was $70 to install the battery and was going to be over $300 to change the wheel bearing after farther talking with them they said ******* factory warranty was going to cover all cost on the wheel bearing so I asked them to put in wheel bearing and I would install the new battery my self weeks went on calling once a week and on June 19th 2024 I called up there and they still have done no work to it the service guy said he would make sure it was ready by the end of business day on June 20th 2024 so I went up there at 4pm on June 20th when I arrived I asked and the ******* still was not fixed they did nothing to it so I told them just give me the bearing and battery I would do it my self after getting it on the trailer I noticed it was left out side uncovered and the doors was rusted very displeased with there service over a month and they did not even try to fix it until after I loaded it on the trailer very frustrating
