    It's been 3 months, and no car. No rentals, no loaners, NO NOTHING. I finance through ********** and initially the car was sent to an auto shop that's in network **** *********** with ********** but they were told that they would have to send the car to ******* for the final say so. In fact the car needed an engine replacement. This is where things get funny. *** ********** said they would've had me my car back by the 1st week in September. Here it is October, and still no car. My car has been sitting since July. I'm still having to pay the car note on a car I haven't driven since. Five Star Hyundai Of Macon general manager Keith ******** is very rude, and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to feel YOUR frustrations. You have a car. I don't. ******* doesn't care about its customers. This is unacceptable. Even crazier, the new engine is at the shop, but they can't put it in because the turbo is still on backlog. Mind you, they put a brand turbo in March of 2020. I WANT MY CAR!!!!

    I received countless emails and phones calls inviting me in to purchase my new vehicle I had in mind. Some what harassing me to come in… They are NOT IN BUSINESS FOR EVERYONE. They pick and choose who they want to do business with and that’s wrong. I submitted 2 applications for it to just be pending, I called the lender to know the status and they didn’t even see my application they said the dealership never send it over to Hyundai capital America finances so they couldn’t assist me I had to go back to the dealership and finish the transaction so they can start billing me….. I finally made an appointment to see them face to face . Which i wish I would’ve bothered. Their customer service is horrible. I spoke with the manager KEITH HARTNESS . Oh my lord he was very disrespectful. He DID NOT WANT TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH ME. He said something so fast and thought I didn’t have questions due to what he told me . I was told I was approved then denied once they got my SSN (social security number), they stated your credit score needed to be a certain number which I had that for approval now they looked into my personal information which is not correct it’s also private not public …. which I told them it was inaccurate and I was involved in identity theft. He cared less and walked away from me. Rude for him to handle me that way as a woman and customer . I was very respectful and soft-spoken. I needed the understanding of my application he didn’t not care to help. I felt ashamed and embarrassed due to the fact how he handled me and my daughter. Talking about my personal information which was inaccurate as I told them , yet he DID NOT CARE…. He walked away from me a concerned customer that needed to know about why they shopped her ssn around when I ONLY TOLD THEM I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEIR in house BANK, which is Hyundai capital of America.
