Date of the transaction: ******* Amount of money paid: $40.90 What has the business committed to provide: Absolutely nothing! Nature of dispute: Paid for food we never received but was charged for. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve problem: No. I have been trying to get this taken care of for almost a month now. Order number: *********** My wife and I ordered subs on the app from this store on above mentioned date. We arrived at the store about 7 minutes early so we went in and sat at one of the tables. The app said that the sandwiches were being built but we didn't see anyone building anything. We DID see a lady (Subway employee) kind of rushing around. She gave a ******* employee some cookies, gathered up her personal belongings and looked at us as she started to head out the door. The ******* employee stopped her and she went back behind the counter, got 3 more cookies, threw them in the microwave, gave them to the ******* employee and rushed out the door after one more glance at my wife and I. By now the app had said the sandwiches were ready though there was nothing on the pick up shelves. We waited a couple minutes and I tried calling the store 6 times-each time it rang until it hung up on itself. My wife got up to walk around the counter to see if maybe they left them somewhere else and she sees a hand written note hanging, that said "Someone will be in later"...Now the store took the money no problem but couldn't let me know there wasn't going to be anyone there to actually make my order?! So I had to reorder everything from across the street and paid TWICE for the order that I only received once. I ended up emailing the company customer service. I received an email from the Executive Assistant of Operations (6 days later) with an email address for the Area Supervisor of that Subway location. I emailed that lady on **** and have yet to hear anything. I emailed the Executive Assistant again and haven't heard anything back from her either.
