I highly recommend this company for your next house roof. From my initial phone call to job completion, Schwartz Roofing was tops. The whole process from appraisal to final nail and clean-up was excellent. Wendell (appraisal/sales); Ross (scheduling); Steve and Rachel (on-site supervisors) were most professional and very knowledgeable in the roofing process. The actual installers were professional, polite, and extremely competent. From 0730 to sunset, the 12 person team completed the roof and cleanup all in one day. Their cleanup efforts were precise ensuring all materials were removed and household items put back where they once were. Team leads Jesus and Sebastian communicated with me throughout the project's progress. Overall I rate this roofing company as 5 Star and wholeheartedly recommend them for your next roofing project.Review from Bill & Gloria M

Schwartz Residential Roofing is an amazing company, very professional and exceptional workmanship. The first day the crew arrived at 7:15 AM and did not leave until 7:45 PM. The second day they arrived at 07;15 AM and did not leave until the roof was completed, around 2:00 PM. The new roof, with added details, gave our house a brand new look. We definitely recommend Schwartz Roofing. Also, thanks to each crew member, we appreciate everything you did for us.Review from Larry M

Excellent customer service! Uses high quality materials. Punctual! Extremely professional, courteous, hardworking staff. Completed the job on time. Kept their word. Very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this company, workmanship and staff.

Schwartz Residential recently replaced my roof in a day and it looks amazing! Everyone I met with was knowledgeable, professional, organized and on time. It was obvious from the initial estimate, to the skill of the installers, to the cleanup, and keeping me informed about every step of the project, that the Schwartz team was working together with the goal of delivering a quality product. I couldn't be more pleased with my new roof! They did a awesome job!Review from Linda Z

My new roof looks great!! The entire Schwartz staff was professional, courteous and very patient answering all my questions. The roofing team was on-time, organized and completed my roof in half a day. I would highly recommend this very efficient company that communicates with their customers at each step!
