            I dropped off my vehicle for repairs on Nov. 21st, repairs were made before an estimate was finalized. I disclosed I had previous damage to the bumper and that information is in the initial statement. Now I am being told Im responsible for paying a climbing remaining balance although these repairs were made before the final estimate was approved. Every time I get State Farm to contact them on my behalf, the amount changes. My insurance will not cover it because I only have liability. The shop is refusing to release my car and using scare tactics to force payment. He falsified information saying my car was picked up on Thursday, Jan. 11th but we have yet to come to an agreement for the release of my vehicle. Im unsure why ******************* with this collision center if they are not following protocol or proper procedures. My name is even incorrect although, I filled out paperwork.

            The team up front is polite and courteous. However, the department in charge of generating the repair estimate is all about inflation. The quote given by the team had inflated the total work time needed to complete the job. What should have taken only three hours to complete was inflated to a total of 11 hours. The fresh paint had trash in the paint that had to be corrected. I found hardware that was not secured and hand tight. The quality control was not being taken during the repair steps. The estimate was highly inflated from what was actually needed. Get multiple quotes and check the work thoroughly before accepting your vehicle.
