This credit appears on the borrowers credit report. He says it doesn't belong to him. There is no phone number that works that is avaliable on the internet.Initial Complaint

We bought a truck from Straight Path Auto on 10/20/21, buy here pay here. We put Three Thousand down and made the first payment up front. ($300.00) The interest rate was *****%. We were to make a total of three payments to them, then the loan would be bought by Arrow Acceptance. For 15 more payments. For the sole purpose to gain credit. To have it reported monthly to our credit. It was advertised that way, part of the agreement for the high interest rate. Our payment was to be on the tenth of every month, which I paid every month on the 7th of month. I would get my receipt by e-mail after every payment. Just saying thank you for your payment an an invoice number. I noticed right off that their was a customer service problem. I sent my insurance information the day I bought it from the dealers office before I drove it off the lot. Yet they called over and over about it, I sent it in several times, took months for them to get it right. I noticed right off they never reported to credit as per agreed. Spoke to them several times about it with no resolve. When I got down to three payments left, they still had not reported to my credit. They then wanted to lower my monthly payment and drag the loan out for three more months. We did not do that. We split the amount owed in to two payments, to be done with it. Called the day of the last payment to make sure we had the pay off amount right. We had to call for months to get the title after paying off. Still have not reported one time to credit. The only customer service you get is a lady (******) who works from home watching her kids. I have asked for a supervisor, Corp. number. No response to that. I emailed what was to be Corp. but ****** is who replied. I have been told for months that it takes thirty days to have credit show up. Was paid in full on 2-7-23. Still have not reported to credit. It is now 6-21-23. The minute I paid off ,they locked me out of my account with them. I paid extra for the credit reporting. They refuse to do it. Waste of money, false advertising. *********** purchased a contract for a car loan and they proved to be predatory lenders. Doubling the interest rate and adding hidden fees.Business response

Arrow Acceptance is a young company but with a highly experienced staff. We would never under any circumstances change an interest rate
or add undisclosed or otherwise hidden charges. To do either of those things would be highly unethical as well as illegal. The consumer finance
industry is highly regulated, and no company would last long doing the things she has suggested.
I offer only the above general response because the author of the complaint is not a customer of **********************. She has no account with our company.
