A few hours after I dropped off my car in his shop, he called me and explained to me about where the oil leak & humming noise is coming from, and the parts that need to be replaced. Mr. **** committed to repair the engine oil leak and humming noise and the estimated cost was $1,480. Next day, the repair was done, I paid and picked up the car, and I noticed that the noise was still coming from the engine bay and the oil was still leaking when I arrived at home. Mr. **** said that residual oil will still be dripping from the bottom of the engine bay and it will stop in a few days, but the conditions never improved even after 2 weeks. I talked to Mr. **** about it and he asked me to bring the car back to his shop. Four days after I dropped off my car in his shop, Mr. **** told me that he needs to replace more parts with additional cost to stop the humming noise because he was not sure exactly where the sound was coming from and his coworker told me that I have to live with the oil leakage.They've replaced my power steering pump for a part of the repair, but for some reason, the power steering fluid is boiling over from the fluid container and the car is making more noise since my second visit.
