Decorator who is not helping either contracted with artstone to install ******* tops in kitchen, offices and bathroom at my home. Kitchen ******* tops were put in awful. They will now never be correct and the customer (myself) is the one that is suffereing with crappy installed ******* tops. They are so bad Artstone surfaces fired the employee who installed them. They came to try and fix adn just made things worse and in the process damaged a bar stool with a chemical they were using on the ******* tops. Was told ******** replacement was ordered in September by a ******** at artstone and it never was. ************************* at artstone, ****************************************** ************, met myself and contractor at house to view damage and awful *******top install. Said they would not cover costs to remove and fix at shop and if I wanted I would have to cover all costs but that they would come professionaly clean and reseal the ******* tops. That was over 2 months ago and I am still waiting for artstone to come and clean and reseal the ******* tops. Also have been waiting since september for an update on why I was told but the order was never placed for the damaged Kartell 65cm crystal ******* height bar stool. Everytime I call text or email Artstone and ***** do not respond. Its a very poor way to run a business and Im very frustrtaed with the fact that they know its an awful install job (they fired the installer) and yet Im the only one who is suffereing and not getting anything for it.Initial Complaint

On Thursday, May 12, Art Stone Granite & Marble sent a technician to our home to take measurements for a new quartz kitchen countertop. The appointment was arranged by a gentleman called Clio, who works at Art Stone Granite & Marble. When the technician was standing in our kitchen, he damaged our wooden floor in two places with the tripod that he brought with him. I immediately took pictures of the damaged floor and texted them to Clio. Clio said that Art Stone Granite & Marble would fix the damage and that someone from a wooden floor company would give us a call on the afternoon of Friday, May 13. However, no one called me as Clio promised. On Monday, May 16, I texted Clio and told him that no one called me as he promised. I expected that Clio would at least respond to my text message on Monday, May 16, but he has not responded. Since Clio is not responding to my text message, and no one from a hardwood floor repair company has contacted me to schedule an appointment to repair our floor, I do not believe that Art Stone Granite & Marble plans to do anything to address this matter. A picture of the damage has been attached. I look forward to receiving assistance from Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter. Many thanks, **************************
