When we decided to remodel our bathroom, we looked into multiple companies before choosing to move forward with Five Star. Their prompt, professional service exceeded our expectations and the finished product is stunning! All the details were triple-checked and we were kept up to date from the order date to installation. The products are of much higher quality and while we have their great warranty, I do not anticipate needing to use it. I added their rendering of what it would look like and a photo of the finished product. We wholeheartedly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions and would use them again without hesitation!

My wife and I were super impressed with this company. From the time that their salesperson ***** visited, everything came together perfectly. First of all, she arrived on time and then took the time to fully understand our needs and explain their product in detail. This was a first time experience at doing a tub to shower remodeling and we were not sure if it was the right thing to do, but she put our minds at ease until we were fully comfortable with proceeding with the work. On the day of installation the technicians were also right on time, were very professional and were careful to protect floors and furniture. The entire job of removing the old tub, installing the new shower components and cleaning up took less than 6 hours. The new step in shower is beautiful and now it's so much easier for my wife to shower without having to step over a high tub wall. Much safer! In May 2024 I received an email from Five Star Bath regarding a renovation special and I contacted them to have a salesperson come to my home. ***** was the salesperson who came to my home and he was very professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I was able to pick out the wall backsplash color/pattern, fixtures, and extras including installing mirrors, toilet paper holders, and medicine cabinets that I would supply. I contacted ***** and decided to hire Five Star to renovate my primary and guest bathrooms. Once I signed the contract, I was informed the first availability for the demo and install would be the week of June 27th which worked perfect for me. On June 28th the first renovation crew of 3 men came early around 8 am and did an excellent job on my primary bathroom! The water only had to be turned off for less than 10 minutes. They performed the entire job in less than 4 hours from demo to completion. The first renovation crew was very professional and worked non-stop not even taking a break until the project was completely finished. They also cleaned up the entire bathroom before they left. On July 1st the second renovation crew of 2 men came on time and did an excellent job on my guest bathroom! They were also professional and did everything the first crew did. They even reinstalled another medicine cabinet in my primary bathroom since I noticed the first one had a defect. They brought the wrong shower head for the guest bathroom and a project manager came and brought the correct one which they installed. They even caulked additional areas that needed caulking. The job was done in 4 hours! I really appreciate the job that was done in a very timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions!
