The installers were very courteous, professional and efficient. I am very pleased with my shower and would recommend them to any and all. Also would like to give kudos to my salesman ***************** for his input on the design of the shower. Great team you have there!Review from Ted V

We hired Jacuzzi to do two bathrooms. First went without a hitch and the service was fantastic. However, the second was an abysmal experience. The explanation for work to be performed was for a lengthened stand-up shower to include an eight-foot wall. To cover the remaining three feet, we were told that they could easily put a bench and pony wall. We quickly found out that a bench to Jacuzzi is a three-foot deep four-foot-wide block of wood with no purpose, and clearly not a bench meant to be sat on. With three-feet deep dimensions we are at a loss on what to do with this wasted space that has now ruined the look to the bathroom. While attempting to find a solution to this eye sore we received the standard, "that's how it was written in your contract" answer. Not a company I'll be using going forward.Review from Robin D

We had our standing shower redone. Jacuzzi did a good job of getting everything setup up. Our installers ********** worked well and kept us informed on the progress. ** came out first and got working on the job right away. He went over the details before getting started. Covered everything to minimize dust and got the job done on time.Review from James T

****** and ****** arrived on time, explained the process and started the conversion. They worked all day and finished at 7:30 pm. They did an excellent job and finished by cleaning up. Installers were very friendly and efficient. They worked nonstop and finished installation in 8 hrs. They did a fantastic job, even beyond my expectations. They cleaned up not leaving a speck of debris. They were the best workers I've ever dealt with and will recommend Jacuzzi to my friends.Review from Richard W

For our bathroom installation, we had ****** and ****** as our installers. They were timely, polite, and communicative. We love the job and they communicated all key aspects as we went along. They took approx. 6 hours.Review from Carolina H

I loved the whole bath remodel experience. The salesperson *********************** explained the whole process and was very attentive to our needs and recommended everything we needed. The workers ****** and ****** came around 7:30am and finished by 7pm same day. They took out the old tub and installed a beautiful shower with roller doors. I am beyond impressed with the quality of the service.

I normally opt-out to leave reviews after home projects ... however the superb experience I have had with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel has inspired me to give them a 5-Star rating. From the very first meeting to discuss our requirements to the final 'turn on the water and take a bath' ... we have been pleased. Most importantly has been the professional work teams that have done the work from the initial design team, the installers, and finally the plumbers. Each of these men are top caliber professionals, as well as very personable. They simply have been funs to have in our home and doing their job. This company is second to none. From the initial first consultation with *****, down to the day after installation, checking to see if I was a satisfied customer. ****** called me every week or so to see if I had any questions. She was able to get my install date earlier than expected. I was very impressed with the install crew. ****************, ************* did a fantastic job and were done in 9 and a half hours, start to finish. There was a last minute change in the work order, someone drove 2 hours from Atlanta to bring the needed materials, and the job including the change was completed before they left. ****** and **** did a great job installing our new shower. ****** called me 45 minutes before arriving, which I appreciate. He explained the project in detail before beginning, took pride in protecting my home and keeping me updated thru out the project.Very professional and courteous.Great job its beautiful
