            I purchased these cabinets and due to delay with contractor not installed at planned time. I was told by store manager to give a message 1week prior to do Install. Now informed install 2.5 times prior price. I want original price honored. *************************** customer service representative for **********************. Called manager of store ************* and did not bring any resolution. Then I requested regional manager or supervisor and not given. Placed on hold. I am a prior customer of ********************** in ******* x2. I am truly upset on how handled. No understanding at all. Price changed in 7 months from quote 2.4 times original

            DO NOT use this store. Product is fine but the customer service at this store is horrible. Clearly a get the commission and forget about the customer type of ********** my order was 4 months late. I understand supply chain issues in a post COVID world but I would get an update one day before delivery was supposed to happen.2) install took 2 full additional days than what was discussed. Installers would arrive at 11:30 and leave at 3:30. No wonder3) the store ordered the incorrect layout and the installers had to move cabinets around to make it work. No discussion or compensation for the mistake. Just a finger point and blame game on the shipments.4) the store only quoted me 50% of the countertop material, then called and asked for an additional $3,000. 100% undersold me to get the sale then called and asked for more money.***** was absolutely horrible to work with them ***** was no help in remedying any of the issues I had along the way.
