At the time of booking told the office manager we have mold and mildew. She informed that they can clean our carpet. The man came and the carpet was not cleaned. Called the office and sent the same man back to do the same procedure and the results were the same. The lack of integrity begins when she began to cover up her lie. The office manager sends me a copy of the recording and the recording does have where we discussed the mold and mildew. There is not space upon the claim to submit. I paid them just to show up twice and did nothing!!! She could have been honest and upfront to say we cannot clean your carpet. There are many similar complaints posted on Yelp.com, the fact that the corporation has been closed at the Secretary of ************ and have not submitted for a city license. This is proof that this company conducts deceptive business procedures, lacks integrity and even fraud committed.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: July 18, 2023 Amount: $139.00 Service to clean our carpet I told the office manager on the phone we did have mold and mildew. [Refer to tape recorded conversation located at 1:02]. I was informed that "we can clean your carpet" located at 4:04 on the tape. Unable to upload tape recording because of a format issue. The service man showed up and the carpet was not clean. [Refer to photo], but unable to upload because of the limits. Then called the office and they sent the same service man back to do the same procedure resulting in the same result. The rug is still not clean. This displays a lack of integrity displayed and the fact the office manager lied and continues with lies after more lies. The office manager sent me a copy of the recording made that was undisclosed that our conversation would be recorded that states the mold and mildew and her statement that the company can and will clean the carpet. I paid them just to show up twice but do nothing! There is no proof that I agreed to the charge as shown on the invoice with my signature missing. We would not have this dispute if she would have been honest and say we cannot clean your carpet. We discovered later that they are unable to clean the carpet after arriving at our home. There are also many similar complaints posted on Yelp.com. In summary, this reports proofs that this company conducts deceptive business practices and a lack in integrity. There may or may not be fraud committed.
