I walked into phone hub on *************** and spoke with a guy from ***** name ******* wearing all black and his coworker was a muslim woman from ***** wearing a gray Khimar. I initially spoke to him on the phone about purchasing a ***. He claimed having only one left from four. He claimed it's better to buy a refurbished *** because it washe original screen. However, he purposefully sold me a nonworking *** assembly . The *** wasn't refurbished and didn't work. I took the phone to other repair shops and everybody's telling me the screen is defective. I was also informed there's no way I could have received an original ******* screen because they can't be refurbished. I went back to the store to see if he could tell me why the phone wasn't working . ******* wasn't helpful and acted very rude and unconcerned and then told me to get out of his store I'd been in their too long even though I'm trying to figure out why my phone isn't working. He also told me in if he sold me a bad part there's nothing i can do about it he's not giving me a refund. I'm probably spelling his name incorrect because he refuse to provide his full name with the correct spelling. He told me to look it up online. I ended up paying another repair shop to repair the screen . I revisited phone hub and let ******* know that his screen was defective and I had to pay someone to repair the phone. Before I could get a word out my mouth, ******* states well just go to court. I then stated you want to go to court instead of refunding my money back so you rather pay the cost of the part plus court cost and he stated yes. I then asked him for his last name and he told me in a rude tone to look it up. I would never recommend this place to anyone. He's does very bad business and is quick to say what's needed to get your money but doesn't guarantee his product or services. He refuse to give people their refund even when he's in the wrong. I asked him why is he doing bad business and he responded So what."
